Following up on the Dan Pink presentation from my previous post, where I asked 'what are the three factors that motivate others to perform at a higher level?'. Here they are:
Autonomy: The urge to direct our own lives
Mastery: The desire to get better and better at something that matters
Purpose: The yearning to do what we do in service of something larger than ourselves.
